I was in the need of a oil change, my first for my 2021 Nissan Titan SL Truck. When I went to the dealer on 10/4/21 around 3:45 PM, the service advisors were helpful and clear when explaining information. They were also flexible fitting me in and having me out before 5:00 PM. I brought my Murano in for an oil change and tire rotation. Glenn Johnson discovered a gouge in the sidewall of my tire. I was thankful he noticed it since we do a lot of interstate driving. All was taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you, Glenn!
We purchased a New Pathfinder, our sales rep Samantha was very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle. We had an issue with our trade in coming off lease but the finance team went above and beyond to get us in our new vehicle. They asked about the 2017 and told them that we likes our SUV. But he (Mr Larry) said what if I could get you in a newer vehicle and keep payments around the same. Well we left out with a new 2021 Armada that had even been programmed into their shop yet. And we had a better deal than the first Armada. Mr Larry was very nice.

I had my previous Nissan Murano serviced here and they were great. Saturday I decided to buy another Nissan Murano and Billy helped me. So, from the service department to sales to the finance dept. everyone was great. Whether your Nissan needs servicing or you want to buy a new or used car, go to Nissan of Sumter.

Gm morning my visit on Tuesday was good, I was glad to see that even though two appointments arrived before they,re scheduled appointment ahead of me, which I was scheduled at 130pm, Ross pushed them back to get me in because it was my scheduled time and I greatly appreciated that. I staff at service desk was nice and friendly.
Mr. Mike was amazing! I gave him a list of features I wanted and in less than a week he located the perfect car for me. He was so patient and so kind !
The workers were courteous. The waiting room was clean. The job on my car did not take too long. Overall good experience.

Got my transmission done. I was happy with the overall speed of the work. But my alignment was perfect before they fixed my transmission. I paid 3621 for my transmission. I don’t have the money to fix my alignment after paying that much money. So I called them and explained the situation and they immediately rectify the situation and fixed my alignment for free ! Extremely happy with the professionalism and overall great experience and nice and friendly staff.

This dealer is great and Chris is very professional and friendly. However, it is very far from my town almost 60 miles away. I hope I will have a chance to go back there.

I went in for an oil change. It was my first time with my new Rouge and first time in the new dealership. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I loved have coffee,water and TV available! Plus a table with chairs to do some work while I was waiting.

It was a great experience and they didn't beat around the bush-things got done. Really thankful that I chose this dealership.
Went for an oil change. The service was great. I got there at 12:15 and drove off the lot at 12:45. For a dealership that's pretty good. I also paid less than $50.
Fantastic service department. Oil change appt. at 9am. I arrived 10 minutes early. About 10 minutes they suggested a tire rotation. I agreed. At 9:15 they called and said my car was ready. They went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb. This is something that you do not get at an oil change site. The price was cheaper also. Victoria was very friendly and very knowledgeable.

The “drop off team” were two very professional young men. Made sure my wife was educated on the vehicle’s features. Tag teamed their knowledge! I was super impressed with every aspect of service I received at this location. Never been there before but was buying a used 2010 Cube from Carvana. It threw a service engine light before I took possession of the car but I had them bring it out so I could decide if I want it or not. The service team quickly diagnosed the issue and reprogrammed the cars computer. Every one I came in contact with were super friendly and made me feel at ease about everything. I really appreciate how this team operates and if I keep the Cube, I will be back for everything from oil changes to recommended service. If I choose not to buy the Cube, I’ll definitely keep this location in mind when shopping for another car. New or used. Maybe a new Kicks.

Everyone there is always very pleasant and knowledgeable. The wait is never long. They get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't receive an email for my visit in December because the email address was entered incorrectly but I really want to thank Mr. Grims in the service department for the outstanding service he provided for my wife when she came in. She really felt special that he went above and beyond to provide service for her. Again thank you Nissan of Sumter for such outstanding customer service!

I was super impressed with every aspect of service I received at this location. Never been there before but was buying a used 2010 Cube from Carvana. It threw a service engine light before I took possession of the car but I had them bring it out so I could decide if I want it or not. The service team quickly diagnosed the issue and reprogrammed the cars computer. Every one I came in contact with were super friendly and made me feel at ease about everything. I really appreciate how this team operates and if I keep the Cube, I will be back for everything from oil changes to recommended service. If I choose not to buy the Cube, I’ll definitely keep this location in mind when shopping for another car. New or used. Maybe a new Kicks.

In a time when good customer service rare the service staff at Nissan of Sumter exceed all expectations by going above and beyond what customers expect. Ross, Victoria and Shawn are always professional, thorough, courteous and thoughtful. The waiting area is clean, neat and comfortable with coffee and TV available. When a business's customer service exceeds basic courtesy customers are much more prone to return time and again. That's the environment your service professionals have created with the customers of Nissan of Sumter. It has a lot to do with why we drive 2 Nissan vehicles and return to Nissan of Sumter for every scheduled service need and/or repair.
