2017 Nissan GT-R Gets Strong Marks from AutoGuide.com Staffers
If ever there were a sports coupe that could leave us here at Nissan of Sumter flat-out flabbergasted, our beloved Japanese brand's -- the 2017 GT-R -- would most certainly be it.
Wondering why that is?
Well, if so, check the clip below -- and wonder no more. Here now with his take on the GT-R is AutoGuide.com Features Editor Sami Haj-Assaad:
One needn't look for long to locate the GT-R's marquee attraction. Simply pop the hood and it's there you'll be greeted by its turbocharged 3.8-liter V6 engine.
Coupling with a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive, the turbo-V6 generates a gargantuan 565 horsepower and 467 pound-feet of torque.
Want even more muscle?
Well, in that case, the Nismo model may be the one for you, as its V6 boasts a behemoth 600 horsepower and 481 pound-feet of torque.
If you'd like to meet this athletic auto "in the metal," or wish to put one through its paces on the open road, we encourage you to pay us a visit at our Sumter, SC location. Upon your stopover, we'll be sure to set you up with a test drive in the GT-R, or any other Nissan model that's aroused your interest.
